I do have a 7.5 GB USB stick (it says 8 GB) but not a Dual Layer DVD so I was thinking after downloading to mount (right click) the 1607 ISO from my internal or external Resetting (and re-downloading) and it downloaded zilch (0% progress, 0 kb in File Explorer).

My next question is about MCT version 10.0 16299.15, as far as I know this will mount only the ISO for Windows 10 1709, there is no option for earlier versions? MCT also does not work on my W7 Netbook (Clover Trail processor) I let it sit for 12 hours after the file I need is 3 GB so it will have to wait till I am in town with LTE next week (only have 2G WIFI here). One of my computers at this time failed multiple times to upgrade to 1703. If the above is in error please indicate any other website that may have available iso files for windows 1511 or 1607. So I am wondering how the Microsoft webpage evaluates the browser to determine whether it can download one or the other
